Seagate and Hitachi recently accounced that they would be releasing their 1 terabyte harddrives mid of this year. With Seagate using 4 hot 250G platters and while Hitachi on the go for 5 200G platters, I still cannot beleive all the anime, porn and mp3 you can fit in a 1 terabite HD. Must be a collector’s dream come true. This would be the start of hosting companies and other hosting related websites upgrading their valued plans may aslo be a case of lowered hosting prices in the future.

In the midst of confusion between Blogger Beta and Wordpress, the WP team released version 2.0.6 of Wordpress. This baby will be the last of the 2.0 family and is by far the most stable, as we speak, version “ever”. With some small security fixes and the comment filtering added to keep your blog in shape, I guess this will be one version that would last for a few months before they decide to release another stable release in the coming 2.1 version.

I need to upgrade myself. So if ever this blog is down, that means it’s getting updated.

I have been convincing myself for the past few days which one to choose. But before I go into some serious ranting, let me just say that over IE, I’d prefer to use Firefox with no question.

With the release of Firefox version 2.0, even with the update of 2.0.0.1, a serious bug, slash flaw, has been irritating me for the past few weeks. What happens is that when a server sciprt runs more than commands from your host to browser to host, FF will simply giveup and throw in the towel by downloading the php file used for that certain script. The wierd part is that, all the commands in that certain script was processed, but unfortunate enough, FF can’t finish to load to the next page. Read more »

Before the holidays end, which we all know it will, I’d like to use this post to honestly say that it’s been a great year. I’ve learned a lot this year. The things I’ve learned and the new friends I’ve met are more than enough reasons to say that 2006 was a very fruitful year. For sure, 2007 will be much much better and something we all look forward to in a few days to come. So to all my new friends, readers, relatives, Mom, Dad, sis and to my new dog; Thank you, you all know I couldn’t do what I do without you guys.

I was shocked to hear the story. Somehow it made my whole year complete. But before anything else, I’d like to personally thank Time Magazine for giving this award. This was really unexpected and unbelievable. No one would even think I deserve this recognition but even if I call the agency to clarify, I’d get the same answer over and over again. Yes!!! You’re the Person of the Year so stop calling.

I’m sure many of you are wondering right now how I was voted and elected Person of the Year. Well honestly, I know I deserve it and everyone deserves it as well. So to everyone, I’d like to share this blessing and thank everyone who’s read this post.

Time’s Person of The Year
